My favorite season of all is FALL, so I'm so excited to share this easy DIY Room Spray recipe with you!  Pumpkin Spice Room Spray! Fill your 16 ounce bottle with water about 3/4, not the entire bottle.  I get my glass bottles off of Amazon!  Click here to take a look at different bottle options!  Then after you fill the bottle with water, add 12 drops of Clove, 12 drops of Nutmeg, 12 drops of Cinnamon Bark, then 12 drops of Orange.  Shake each time you spray!  OMG!  This may be my favorite recipe yet!

If you love it, share with friends, and pin it!  Until next time friends!

There's nothing that screams cooler temps and upcoming fall weather like Pumpkin Spice everything!  So why not replace your candles with a wonderful diffuser Pumpkin Spice Latte blend recipe!  So grab your Young Living Diffuser, if you don't have one, you can click here to grab yours.  Then add 3-4 drops of Clove, 3-4 drops of Cinnamon Bark, and 3-4 drops of Nutmeg, add water to the line, and hover your nose over the tip of the diffuser to get all of the pumpkin spice goodness!  We call it huffing!  :)  My friends and I love "huffing" or sniffing diffusers after we put in yummy essential oils!  We take a few deep breaths, and allow those oils to work on our limbic systems!  After taking in a few deep breaths, grab a 16 ounce glass bottle to make a DIY Pumpkin Spice Room Spray!

I absolutely love love love candles!  Well, I loved candles before I found out they are super carcinogenic, having the potential to cause cancer!  So since adopting a healthier, more natural, toxin-free lifestyle about 2 years ago, I learned how to get rid of the toxic things in my house, and make more lung friendly recipes!  :)  So here are a few of my favorite fall recipes that are super easy peasy!
